Oy!Glasvegas are a Scottish band that try to blend the two cities Glasgow and Las Vegas into a band name. Interesting. What is even more interesting is that Glasvegas play a sort of epic noisepop mixed with classic indie-rock melodies. That's the way to get hyped these days. Luckily, Glasvegas know exactly how to do it and therefore they deliver a brilliant debut album. The Observer gave the album a top character, NME gave it a 9 out of 10 and the album has recieved even more critical acclaim. They're also releasing a christmas album this year - we will post that one for sure.
